Huntsman Savile Row is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our heritage garments. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a 28-day return window for all unworn, unaltered items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our concierge team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original garment bags and shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached and the completed return form is included inside.

• 3.
  Complimentary Collection

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the box and schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop it off at an authorized location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master tailors have inspected the returned items to confirm they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
